What do I get with Foundation at $249/mo?
A lead-gen site built for your trade and city, full Google Business Profile setup and optimization, a one-tap review-ask link plus a Friday list from David of who you haven't asked yet, instant email + text lead alerts, and an honest monthly report of the leads delivered. The one-time setup is $999.
What's the difference between Growth and Foundation?
Foundation gets you found and capturing leads. Growth ($499/mo) adds ongoing work to keep climbing — new city and service pages, indexing managed in Google Search Console, and a quarterly strategy call. It's the tier I recommend, because local SEO is won by consistency, not a one-time build.
How does Lead Engine and ad spend work?
Lead Engine ($799/mo, plus a one-time $999 setup) is everything in Growth plus Google Search ads, built and run for you. The $799 is the management fee; your ad spend goes on your own card, billed by Google directly, so you see exactly where every dollar goes. Form leads and phone taps from your ads are tagged with the ad click that produced them, and your monthly report shows the leads next to the spend.
Why isn't this the cheapest option out there?
Because cheap 'websites' don't get you found. Foundation, Growth, and Lead Engine are priced to actually do the work — Google Business Profile optimization, ongoing local SEO, review asks that actually happen, and real reporting.
