Terms of Service

1. Services Provided
SolutionDG ("we," "us," "our") builds and maintains SEO-optimized websites for service-based businesses ("Client," "you"). Our services include custom website design and development, search engine optimization, content management, lead capture, and ongoing hosting and maintenance.
2. Plan & Pricing

There is no setup fee. Monthly payments are billed on the same date each month via the payment method on file (Stripe). Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice. Existing clients are locked in at their current rate.
3. No Contracts
There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time for any reason. We believe our work should speak for itself — if the site isn't delivering value, you shouldn't be locked in.
4. Cancellation Policy
How to cancel:
- Email david@solutiondg.com or text us directly.
- Service continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
- No cancellation fees. No questions asked.
What happens when you cancel:
- Your website goes offline at the end of the billing period.
- You retain ownership of your domain name — we will release DNS access.
- Your business data (leads, contact submissions) is preserved for 90 days in case you choose to reactivate.
- After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted.
- The website source code and platform software are proprietary to SolutionDG and are not transferable.
5. Payment Terms
- Monthly payment is charged automatically via Stripe on the billing date.
- If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days.
- After 7 days of failed payment, your site may be paused until payment is resolved.
- Accounts with payments past due for 30+ days may be terminated.
6. Intellectual Property
You own: Your business name, logo, brand assets, content you provide (text, photos, videos), your domain name, and your customer/business data.
We own: The website source code, platform software, templates, and all proprietary technology. These are licensed to you for the duration of your subscription — not sold or transferred.
Upon cancellation, you may request an export of your business data (leads, contact submissions) in CSV format. The website design, code, and platform are not transferable.
7. Service Level
- We target 99.9% website uptime (hosted on Vercel's global CDN).
- Support requests are responded to within 24 hours (business days).
- We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic volumes, or lead counts — SEO results depend on many factors including competition, market size, and content quality.
8. Limitation of Liability
SolutionDG's total liability for any claim arising from these services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data (beyond our backup obligations), or indirect/consequential damages.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms with 30 days written notice. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes to pricing will not affect your current billing period.
